Choosing a pod
The best office pods, factory-direct.
What makes an office pod “best”: measured acoustics, real ventilation, honest pricing. Here is how to judge — and what we build worldwide.
- Built in 3 weeks
- −35 dB speech privacy
- 5-year warranty
In brief
Factory-direct, not freight-forwarded.
Every pod maker claims “best,” so judge on the checkable facts: the acoustic number (speech-level reduction in dB, published, not implied), ventilation (continuous airflow, not a fan sticker), lead time you can plan around, a warranty the maker can actually honour, and a price without a reseller chain inside it. On those tests, Ikabin's case is simple: −35 dB speech privacy on every pod, baffled silent ventilation, 3-week factory build, a 5-year manufacturer warranty and factory-direct pricing from AED 15,000 (≈ $4,084) worldwide.
The range: SoloKabin™ (phone booth, 1–2 people), DuoKabin™ (meeting pod, up to 4), TeamKabin™ (meeting room, up to 8) — one acoustic standard across all three, built in our own Dubai factory, installed 470+ times.
Choosing a pod
The five tests of a serious office pod.
Proof of work
470+ installations, photographed — not renders.
A price without a chain in it
Factory-direct from $4,084. Dealer-channel equivalents commonly list at 2–4× for comparable specs.
A warranty the maker honours
5 years, backed by the factory itself, with parts shipped from Dubai — not a reseller pointing at a supplier.
A lead time you can plan on
3 weeks from order to dispatch, from a factory production line — not “contact us for availability.”
The range
Three pods, one acoustic standard.
| Pod | Capacity | External size | Acoustics | Price |

| DuoKabin™ | Meeting pod · up to 4 | 2200 × 1250 × 2300 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 20,000 ≈ $5,446 |
| TeamKabin™ | Meeting room · up to 8 | 2500 × 2000 × 2250 mm | −35 dB speech privacy | AED 27,000 ≈ $7,352 |

FAQ
Best office pods — questions, answered.
Yes — book a live video tour of our Dubai factory and watch a pod demonstrated in real time, or visit the showroom at Business Village, Block A, Dubai. Export clients receive full drawings and spec sheets before ordering.
The honest answer: the best pod is the one whose specs are published and verifiable — speech-level reduction in dB, ventilation type, dimensions, warranty terms and the real price. Ikabin publishes all five: −35 dB speech privacy, continuous baffled ventilation, three sizes from 1250 × 1250 mm, a 5-year manufacturer warranty and factory-direct prices from $4,084.
On published acoustic performance and build quality the specs are comparable — tempered acoustic glass, engineered structure, −35 dB-class speech privacy. The difference is the channel: Ikabin sells factory-direct from Dubai, so pricing is typically a half to a quarter of dealer-channel equivalents, with a 5-year warranty direct from the maker.
Every pod carries a 5-year product warranty honoured directly by Ikabin as the manufacturer. Spare parts ship from our Dubai factory to your address, and our English-speaking engineers support your team by video call and WhatsApp.
