No — Ikabin builds soundproof office and studio pods, not dwellings. Our pods are superb as home offices, studios and quiet rooms inside or alongside a home, but they are not certified residential buildings.
A level floor, 2300–2400 mm of clear height depending on model, and a standard power connection. The pod's panels pass through normal doorways and are assembled in place by two people.
We quote in clear terms — typically DAP or similar — so the cost split is explicit before you order. Import duties and taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility; your customs broker can confirm the treatment for UAE-origin goods, and we supply every document they need.
Production takes 3 weeks from order confirmation in our Dubai factory. Shipping Jebel Ali, Dubai → Auckland / Tauranga, with on-delivery nationwide runs ≈5–7 weeks door-to-door. We confirm an exact estimate for your address with your quote.
